With 14 years of nursing experience across medical and psychiatric settings, I understand that mental health concerns rarely exist in isolation. I take time to understand your history, what you have already tried, what's working and what isn't, and what matters most to you.

My clinical interests include ADHD, OCD, trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and diagnostic clarification. My approach emphasizes careful assessment, clear medication discussions, and shared treatment decisions.

I focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management rather than ongoing psychotherapy. If you already work with a therapist, I can coordinate care with them with your authorization.
