Psychiatric Evaluations
A comprehensive review of your symptoms, history, previous treatments, and goals. Together, we'll discuss diagnostic impressions and appropriate treatment options.
Have your current medication list and any information about previous treatments available, including what helped and any side effects. You can continue seeing your therapist. With appropriate authorization, we can coordinate care. An evaluation does not guarantee a diagnosis or prescription.
Medication Management
Ongoing follow-up to assess medication effectiveness, side effects, symptom changes, and whether adjustments are needed.
Medication Problem-Solving
If previous medications haven't helped, side effects have been difficult, or your diagnosis remains unclear, we can take a closer look at your treatment history and consider next steps.
Partial improvement matters too. Before your visit, note which symptoms have changed, which daily tasks are still difficult, and when side effects occur. We can review that pattern alongside your medication history, sleep, and other health factors. The goal is to understand what needs attention before deciding together whether to continue treatment, adjust it, or gather more information.

Your first visit includes a new evaluation; an existing prescription does not guarantee that the same medication will be continued. Have your medication list and relevant treatment records available.
