A 60-minute first visit to understand your concerns, medical and mental health history, and goals. We'll discuss possible diagnoses and treatment options, including medication when appropriate.

Medication follow-ups are an opportunity to discuss what’s helping, what isn’t, and any side effects or concerns. Together, we’ll consider whether to continue, adjust, or rethink your treatment plan.
